This candidate will work both Inside and Outside Sales. They will possess personal integrity and a proven sales history in outside sales. The individual chosen will develop long-term partnerships with our customers and always make recommendations based on the customer's needs. We are looking for a hunter…the person who is driven by cold calling and closing the big deals. As an inside/outside sales rep you will have access to a company vehicle, and other tools to be successful both in the field and the storefront.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous sales experience and knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
*Works effectively with all departments of the company – Parts, Service, Sales. This is a family owned and operated business. Everyone here has a can-do attitude
*Proven track record with sales experience.
*Excellent communication and negotiating skills. Spanish speaking is a major plus.
*Valid driver’s license and ability to meet requirements of company driver policy.
*MVR background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
*Personal appearance must be neat and clean.
*Exceptional Computer Skills are required for this role. Experience with a CRM is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Represents the company for the sale of Kubota & other line products to customers.
*Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all Kubota equipment and other lines. Maintains knowledge of competitive products.
*Conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
*Establish relationships with customers.
*Attend training and meetings to stay current with new equipment and sales promotions.
*Work with customers to understand their needs with little or no supervision.'
