RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals· Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to on-site teams on behalf of management· Execute presentation directives and standards on behalf of company· Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding featured client products/services at on-site events· Gain knowledge of the marketing and branding strategy of all new clients the company acquires. Apply knowledge of the product and brand to develop customized marketing strategies for client on-site events· Assist the direct manager with any day-to-day administrative support as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Associates degree or higher education preferred· Experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail-related settings· Familiarity with various sales and marketing software platforms· Experience in Negotiations· Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.· Ability to identify and address customer needs and concerns proactively· Outstanding written & verbal communication skills· Excellent organization and planning skills· Self-motivated and results-driven· Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule· Experience in managing sales projects or campaigns from conception to execution· Positive attitude & eagerness to learn· Strong presentation skills to effectively pitch products or services to clients or stakeholders· Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies· Must have access to a vehicle
Physical Requirements
· Able to sit or stand for up to 2 hours at a time· Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
