Job Title: Marketing & Sales

Hours: Full time 8am-5pm

Salary: $22-$25+/hr. based on experience

 

Ideal background of candidate

Understands construction and or design community

  • Minimum of 3yrs marketing experience or similar capacity previously including social media.
  • Thrives on multitasking & lack of routine
  • Understands construction and or design community
  • Interested in branding, marketing and sales
  • Proficient in power point and excel
  • Not intimidated by sales calls
  • Nice person

Compensation

  • Base salary in line with market rate
  • Medical and car allowance after 3 month
  • Plus potential for bonus

Specifics of the role (we encourage cross training)

  • Knowledge conduit – ensure information moves fluidly across the company
    • Prepare briefings for all meetings
    • Transfer knowledge from calls, meetings to appropriate team members
    • Translate “project knowledge” / perspective to rest of organization
    • Enter relevant data into contact management software

  • Voice of the industry – help streamline communications to/from clients, customers
    • Draft and send communications and follow-up notes for calls, meetings /relationships

    • Help draft blogs, speeches, interviews, and presentations

    • Help position Texston in the ecosystem as a leader
  • Operations
    • Understand all current clients and their respective business goals
    • Operate and streamline sales process
    • Identify key team expertise needs
    • Coordinate presence at major industry events
  • Client /Customer Ownership
    • Work directly with clients/customers on their needs
    • Generate sales
  • Ownership – have fun and build something
    • Identify opportunities for our customers, team members in the market
    • Recognize opportunities and execute them with direct approval from President and Sales team
    • Create News Letters, thought pieces, or other in-market positioning on topics about which we are passionate
    • Work with team members on projects as needed
    • Learn about an area or business you know nothing about
    • Build systems to implement any responsibility above
