Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the dining room and lounge.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of dining room, kitchen and bar employees.
- Oversee timing, steps of service, speed and efficiency and remain physically present on the floor during service.
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train staff consistently to meet and exceed service standards and maintain open lines of communications to create positive work environment.
- Assist with purchasing, track sales and actively mange inventory.
- Offer service support as needed.
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Lead by example by adhering to policy, procedures and code of conduct.
- Prevent and diffuse situations that may cause risk to the business.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in food service, restaurant, and bar
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively train and motivate team to drive relationships and sales.
