Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Puller to join our warehouse team. The Order Puller will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking merchandise orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule: start time - 12pm (10-12 hour shifts)

Pay Rate: $20/hr


**Responsibilities:**

- Read and comprehend pick tickets to determine items to be picked, packed, and shipped.

- Locate and pull merchandise from shelves and bins according to order ticket specifications.

- Ensure that pulled merchandise is in good condition and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

- Prepare picked merchandise for shipping by properly packaging and labeling items.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and warehouse procedures.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.

- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.


**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as an Order Puller or similar role in a warehouse environment preferred.
