Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work closely with our Senior Accountant and manage the Accounts Payable cycle which includes reviewing and entering invoices and selecting invoices to be paid. This position will interact with all employees, and accordingly, must be able to communicate verbally, written, and in presentation of data.

- Maintain and update all vendor accounts
- Enter and process all vendor invoices
- Needs to accurately code expense distribution to correct accounts.
- Reconcile vendor invoices, statements and purchasing containers
- Assist in preparation of and provide documentation for audits
- A/P - wires payment to Chinese vendors
- Updating container costs to Apprise for monthly recon report
- Download and import Amazon Settlement report
- Help with AR collection
- Follow company policies, procedures and directives
- Interact in a positive and constructive manner
- Prioritize and multitask
- 2- 3 years experiences in Accounts Payable role
- Strong in Excel and Word
- Experience in an ERP system and import
Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.
LocationThis position will be working a hybrid-flex schedule in our Santa Ana office.
