Job DescriptionJob Description

Island Doctors is looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Patient Retention Services team as Retention Coordinator. This individual will coordinate and manage membership feedback, engagement, and retention activities for Island Doctors. The individual in this position is also responsible for providing customer service feedback, surveying, conflict resolution, member trends and analytics reporting to support retention efforts. Management of other ad hoc projects will be also be required as needed. Full-time 40hr work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of membership retention, engagement and remarketing campaigns

• Build and disseminate recurring membership dashboards, membership retention and remarketing reports, member exit trends, and internal informational requests as needed

• Support internal teams in providing telephone and email customer service support and surveys to assigned members

• Work with internal teams to analyze, design, develop and implement member service improvement processes companywide

• Support marketing department by providing member service level feedback and trends to improve remarketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Positive, hard-working attitude

• A quick learner able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

• Proven success working effectively with diverse groups of people • Must be able to manage time and prioritize evolving projects

• Ability to think proactively and innovatively 

• Experience with SalesForce specifically or any AMS/CRM

• 3-5 years’ experience with non-profits, professional associations, and customer service work Requirements

• High School Diploma
