Full-Time Administrative Position in Warehouse/Distribution

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a full-time administrative role within a dynamic warehouse/distribution environment. If you thrive in both independent and team settings, this might be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver check-in and payment processing.
  • Accurately record receiving information in the company database.
  • Provide daily reports on attendance and rosters.
  • Compile and distribute various system-generated reports.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Perform bookkeeping, record-keeping, and data entry into financial, personnel, and legal records.
  • Assist in the onboarding recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and overseeing the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel: Proficiency in using Excel for data entry, report generation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with the E-Verify program: Understanding of the E-Verify process for verifying employment eligibility.
  • Experience in Inventory Management Systems: Familiarity with software used for tracking inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Customer Service Experience: Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Experience with Payroll Systems: Ability to assist with payroll processing and understanding of basic payroll procedures.
  • Knowledge of Safety Compliance: Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols within a warehouse setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
