- Proficiency in Excel for data entry, report generation, and basic analysis.
- Familiarity with the E-Verify program for verifying employment eligibility.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record-keeping, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for addressing customer and employee needs.
- Experience with payroll processing software and understanding of payroll procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
