The Role:
As a New Member Account Executive at NVMI, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of NeuroVisual Trained Specialists across North America. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, onboarding and developing new NeuroVisual Medicine Member Practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Independently build and maintain a pipeline of prospective members from the North American optometric market through cold outreach and follow-up with inbound inquiries.
- Manage all elements of the NVMI sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, advocating, and completing transactions with new members.
- Provide clear and consistent reporting on activities and outcomes to leadership.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with potential members, ensuring they understand the benefits of NVMI’s offerings.
- Implement strategic initiatives to meet and exceed membership growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within the CRM and sales enablement systems.
Ideal Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience with direct sales of new and innovative high-ticket products to independent optometrists, ophthalmologists and eye care professionals
- Prefer to source your own prospects and perform your own form of outreach to them and have opened new territories and expanded existing ones
- Have familiarity with maintaining your activity records in our CRM and sales enablement systems
- Familiar with digital communication systems like Zoom, Teams, Slack.
- Capable of executing daily, weekly, and monthly workflows with minimal supervision, proactively seeking assistance as needed and can be operational within 4 weeks from their start date
- You have a curious and growth mindset and are seeking to learn with each interaction you have with people
- You have no problem doing the heavy lifting of managing data, building outreach cadences and executing on these tasks every day
Compensation:
You will be provided with the following as compensation for our efforts
Annual Base Salary: between $95,000 and $115,000 based on your profile and experience
Variable compensation: Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE) $135,000 to 175,000
Additional benefits include Health Insurance, 401(k) matching, Paid Time Off, Training Allowance
