We are looking for dynamic Outside Sales Representatives for our Windows Division; this position is hybrid with our Solon location. The Outside Sales Representative meets with clients in person to identify their needs and close sales deals.  The main duties include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current clients, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates, and features.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients.
  • Schedule and perform inspections and product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with clients.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target s specific region or demographics.
  • Provide and submit sales information to the Sales Manager or the Financial Department.

 

This position offers the following:

 

  • Pre-set/qualified leads.
  • Provided thorough and continuous training.
  • Products are top quality and priced to sell.
  • Generous commissions paid weekly.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 3+ years of windows, sales/installation experience 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (will be operating a company vehicle)
  • Ability to travel to job sites
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and professional image
  • Prior CRM Experience; Salesforce preferred
  • Must be tech savvy, MS office suite and other related programs
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
