The District is seeking a full time Event Coordinator Manager to join the growing events team and help oversee events such as weddings, holiday parties, fundraisers, galas and more

Job Description:

  • Planning event details and aspects
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs a wide variety of events.
  • Organized and maintains records and files of clients.
  • Coordinates scheduling and makes appointments with clients.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings with staff.
  • Manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event.
  • Supervise all banquet event staff.
  • Responsible for overall client experience
  • Assist with executing marketing strategies and objectives.

Job Requirement:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Hospitality field
  • Strong Communication, Written and Interpersonal skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Great organization skills
  • Strong analytical, and self-problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office application
  • Some Evenings and Weekends Required
  • Valid Driver’s License
