We are conducting a search for an Outside Sales Representative for Commercial HVAC & plumbing products for a client in the Nashville area.

Are you an outside sales professional? Our client is looking for a team member with strong sales skills to expand the Middle Tennessee territory. You will be calling on condo associations, mechanical contractors, building owners and engineers. Ideally you will have commercial HVAC and/or plumbing equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, or an engineering background. Great team environment, tremendous earning and growth potential, excellent benefits.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Previous experience in commercial HVAC, hydronic, plumbing / pumps sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical engineering preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company HVAC products to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
