Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for the commercial account and manage customer needs.
- Develop positive relationships with customer base.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Work with production to quote and manage new business.
- Resolve commercial issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Report on the status of account, and ongoing open items.
- Set and track sales account targets to align with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or business-related field, preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in automotive account management or sales
- Detail oriented, organized, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
110-125K + Bonus
