About the Firm:
The Lazzaro Law Firm, LLC is seeking an intake specialist to perform telephone intake for potential new clients of the firm. The firm represents employees with employment, overtime, and minimum wage claims. Note: This is mostly a remote position, but will require occasional work at the firm's office in Moreland Hills, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
The intake specialist will screen potential new clients for wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, unpaid overtime and unpaid minimum wage claims. The successful candidate will work primarily remotely but will occasionally work at the firm's office in Moreland Hills, Ohio. The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
1) answer calls from potential clients;
2) schedule and complete telephone intakes for potential clients;
3) return calls to potential clients;
4) follow up with potential clients that miss or need to schedule/reschedule their appointment;
5) provide excellent customer service by answering, returning and routing telephone calls; and
6) monitor records in the intake database by ensuring that all intake forms are fully and accurately completed with the required information and that all intake forms are marked with the appropriate status.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet each of the 5 requirements below:
1) strong communication, telephone, writing, spelling, and organizational skills;
2) two years of previous telephone work experience;
3) live within 50 miles of Moreland Hills, Ohio and have the ability to work in the office when needed; and
4) ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
