Job DescriptionJob Description

Prepare and implement a systematic approach to the repair, cleaning, and maintenance of the building, grounds, parking lot and equipment. Trouble shoot issues to determine necessary repair then carry out corrective maintenance or repair. Will perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. This position will involve direct contact and communication with outside vendors such as security/alarms, HVAC, overhead doors, garbage removal and disposal, insurance inspectors, etc. Will have a variety of responsibilities to help maintain and improve the property and building.  Accurate record taking, documentation, punctuality, ability to self motivate, and communication on all maintenance and repairs performed is essential to succeeding in this position.

Company DescriptionWe provide services to the heavy duty diesel truck community throughout WNY. A newer company that was formed in 2015 and has grown from two employees to fifty in 9 years. There are two shop locations with a fleet of 30 (heavy tow trucks, mobile service trucks, hauling trailers and tractors). Our main building is located at 1989 Harlem Road that has modern, professional administrative offices, which is conveniently located off of Interstate 90 and 190.
