Position Summary
  • We are responsible for procuring, confirming mechanical and electrical specification, conducting machine tryouts, installing, and trialing battery equipment to achieve key project KPIs of safety, quality, productivity and cost .
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare and coordinate battery manufacturing equipment to support new model launches. This position will be located in Liberty, NC.
  • Typical day to day tasks includes managing and updating project schedules, coordinating with machine supervisors, leading the installation and trial activity of new battery equipment.
  • Other engineers in the department, project planning groups, general contractors, Japanese machine vendors, environmental, logistics

Position Requirements:
  • Experience installing equipment/construction.
  • Experience in manufacturing startups.
  • Excellent and respectful communication skills within their peer group and with all external groups.
  • A strong technical engineering mindset

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
