Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in daily reporting and communication with senior management.
Formulate process strategies for energy storage production lines with guidance from management.

Collaborate within a team-oriented environment, working alongside engineers, construction managers, technicians, vendors, and contractors to meet project goals.

Oversee equipment procurement, installation planning, execution, commissioning, and pre-production testing of energy storage systems.
Adhere to advanced cleanliness standards in designated manufacturing areas.

Lead and support equipment trials at vendor locations prior to shipment and on-site post-installation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks.

Identify punchlist items, conduct root cause analysis, and manage corrective actions.
Summarize key performance indicators, facilitate mass-production transitions, and provide support for production challenges.
Engage with cross-functional teams (both domestic and international) to address outstanding issues and key project timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for assigned projects.
Manage budgets for designated areas.
Complete necessary internal and external training.

Qualifications/ Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience in preparing for and executing capital projects, ideally from initial planning through to mass production.

Project management experience with capital expenditures exceeding $0.5M.
Ability to create and manage detailed schedules, ensuring milestone completion for manufacturing equipment installations.
Proficient in interpreting 2D drawings, including facility layouts and process equipment schematics.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD.
Willingness to travel for business, both domestically and internationally, up to 30%.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during shutdown periods as project needs dictate.
