The position tasks include:
  • Working with our sales staff to handle event management for booking professional speakers for clients. All work is done remotely.
  • helping with the logistics on the talent/speakers who we exclusively manage.
  • Ensuring contracting and logistics/details for engagements are handled (which may include booking flights, hotels, ground travel, etc).
  • Help with corporate client/professional speaker requests.
  • Assist our team (phone, live chat, etc.).
  • Participating in projects which may include website content, marketing, speaker research,
Eagles Talent Speakers Bureau is a speakers and entertainment booking company. We work with corporate association markets, non-profits organizations, and the educational groups who want to book keynote speaker, sports stars, and celebrities for their conferences, conventions, or special events. We are a B2B company that has been a leader in the speaking industry for over 40 years.

This is a fully remote position. 
Living in NJ is a plus (where the company is based).
Qualifications
  • Previously-related experience is a plus
  • Ability to be extremely organized
  • Strong writing and proofreading/editing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision
