We are seeking an Accountant to handle our QuickBooks, Payroll, Invoices, and Collections, and to become an integral part of our team You will manage the company's financial data, prepare and maintain client contracts, dispatch invoices, and keep monthly reporting documents. This is a full-time, 9 AM-5 PM, in-office position in Summerlin, Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with bookkeeping best practices.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Utilize CRMs such as Zoho and Salesforce to track client interactions and billing information.
- Use QuickBooks to manage all aspects of bookkeeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Zoho and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and knowledge of bookkeeping best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
