Here are some of the expectations:

Responsibilities:
- Understand how technicians install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Understand how technicians monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure they are operating efficiently.
- Understand how technicians troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution.
- Understand how technicians set up user accounts and permissions for network access.
- Understand how technicians provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via remote assistance.
- Understand how technicians perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Understand how technicians conduct system upgrades and patches as necessary.
- Understand how technicians collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT solutions.

Skills:
-Be able to talk about Information Technology like it is second nature.
