Position Summary: Process Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual to take over the management, implementation, creation, and documentation of our plant safety, quality, and production procedures. A process manager holds a key managerial role that revolves around strategizing, deploying and handling various core processes within an organization. This individual ensures all operations pave the way for achieving business objectives smoothly, effectively and within the stipulated time frame. This position will be focused on creating repeatable results based off plant performance expectations and customer demands. A process manager plays a vital role in both the strategic design and the hands-on execution, ensuring the alignment of plans with successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives

• Ability to analyze safety, quality and productivity issues and take corrective action.

• Learn to set-up various processing machinery.

• Responsibilities are crafting strategic plans for task execution and translating these plans into action, ensuring seamless implementation.     

Additionally, their role extends to vigilant monitoring and evaluating the success of these strategies over time.

• Play an important role in improving organizational dynamics by maintaining consistent and meaningful communication with various departments.

• Oversees staff training ensuring that employees understand and are competent in their roles, and remain up-to-date with process changes.

• Required to be able to clearly communicate expectations, updates and modifications to all stakeholders, and team members.

• Required to be adept at leading a team and fostering a positive and productive work environment. At the same time, they are required to be proficient in collaborating and navigating team dynamics effectively.

• Possessing a strong suite of analytical skills and problem – solving abilities will help you deal with this role's daily challenges.

• Must be able to have data and metrics analysis skills to validate change.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Corrugated experience preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure

• Flexible to work as required to meet project deadlines

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong organizational skills are important to keep projects on task to meet deadlines

• Ability to stand for long periods on solid surfaces.

• Must have a fundamental internal value of ownership.
