Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with external stakeholders to establish project goals and specifications.

  • Assess project requirements, select vendors or consultants, and oversee their performance.
  • Prepare and present budget forecasts, progress updates, and cost management reports.
  • Track expenses, report on project progress, and uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate project meetings and discussions.
  • Deliver project outputs and significant updates to clients.
  • Analyze failures to identify root causes and suggest improvements using statistical methods.
  • Provide estimates for project costs, production timelines, and staffing needs for process enhancements.
  • Implement continuous improvement techniques, train staff, and introduce new systems and processes within the logistics environment.
  • Support cost analysis and pricing for potential business ventures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process improvement or project oversight.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a client-facing capacity.
  • Familiarity with or certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience working in both office and warehouse settings.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to communicate findings to teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will oversee projects tailored to client specifications, focusing on analyzing and coordinating schedules, resources, staffing, and budgets. You will lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. This position necessitates regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
