Experience:
Minimum 3+ years’ related experience in client billing and accounting activities
Required:
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of invoices and various project management spreadsheets and reports.
- iliar in working in an Engineering firm environment.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Sound understanding of various types of billing; T&M, fee, percentage of cost and/or completion, lump sum.
- Maintenance of project/client files.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to follow-through on assignments to completion.
- Daily interaction with partners and project management personnel.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision a must.
- Experience in the architectural/engineering/construction industry advantageous.
- Significant experience in Microsoft Office: Word & Excel a must; Access a plus.
- Experience in Vision software favorable.
Software:
- Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and database applications required.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu.
- Familiar with Deltek Vision (Preferred).
