Job Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget. Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial targets are met and provide financial insights to support their operations. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus and will earn a quick interview.
