In this thrilling role, you'll perform our full suite of routine production duties while also sprinkling your magic on more specialized tasks. You'll be the go-to guru, the sage of the shop floor, the Yoda of the yard... you get the idea.

Primary Duties / Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to ensure our products meet SOP standards. You'll track and solve quality issues like a detective on a sugar rush.
  • Inventory Management: Count stuff accurately. Update systems. Pretend you're in charge of a vault full of treasure (it’s just inventory, but we like to dream big).
  • Training and Onboarding: Train new recruits with the enthusiasm of a motivational speaker on caffeine. Coach, provide feedback, and maybe even lead a cheer or two.
  • Safety: Make sure everyone follows safety protocols because "Safety First" isn't just a poster on the wall; it's our motto
  • Routine Production: Complete production tasks with the precision of a ninja. Benchmarks are your bread and butter.
  • Specialized Production Tasks: Perform a variety of specialized tasks like a production superhero.
  • Role Modeling & Escalation: Be the production floor's shining star. Monitor, report, and maybe even rescue a damsel in distress (or just fix a machine).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks like a circus performer balancing on a tightrope while juggling flaming swords.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to talk, write, and maybe even mime effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail should be so sharp it could cut glass.
  • Independence: Work alone like a lone wolf but howl to management when needed.
  • Customer-Centric: Must treat customers like royalty. Even if they’re cranky royalty.
  • Software Savvy: Familiarity with basic office software. Excel wizards preferred.
  • Adaptability: Must adapt like a chameleon in a Skittles factory.
  • Accountability: Hold yourself to a high standard and don’t let yourself off the hook easily.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience preferred. Leading a group of toddlers counts too.
  • Education: High School Degree (or equivalent knowledge gained from years of watching educational YouTube videos).
  • Language: Must speak, read, and write in English. Fluent in sarcasm a plus.
Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and Mobility: You need to be comfortable on your feet all day. This role involves significant amounts of standing, walking, and moving around the production floor.
  • Lifting and Carrying: You must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly. This includes moving materials, products, and equipment as needed throughout the workday.
  • Manual Dexterity: Perform tasks that require hand-eye coordination, such as operating machinery, assembling products, and handling small components.
  • Stamina: Maintain high energy levels throughout long shifts, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility: Physical agility to bend, squat, reach, and maneuver in tight spaces as tasks require.
  • Environmental Conditions: Be prepared to work in various conditions, including standing for extended periods, potential exposure to loud noises, and varying temperatures depending on the production area.
