As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer , your primary responsibilities are reactive, urgent, line down support and issue resolution along with proactive process improvements to be conducted at external manufacturing partners. You will be the day-to-day engineering support to projects related to tier 1 Finished Goods (FG) products manufactured at external Contract Manufacturing sites. You will have a global view and will engage with multi-disciplinary teams to support specific initiatives and programs throughout multiple time zones and locations. This role requires +25% travel to critical and strategic CM/OEM suppliers to support on-site work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate standout leadership behaviors and will have an expert understanding of a variety of manufacturing technologies and processes, with a demonstrated track record of driving tangible process improvements, leading teams, and using structured problem solving. As the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will: Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling. Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Design sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering required Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Nice to Have Experience working in a highly matrixed manufacturing organization managing multiple priorities, often under deadline.
