Key Responsibilities- Lead the manufacturing team to achieve high levels of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of process documentation and training programs.
- Collaborate with the quality team to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, operations management).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role.
