We are seeking an Accounting Manager  You will be responsible to keep track of what is billed, what has not been billed and keep track of your best performers.  We need someone who is Quickbooks knowledgeable and can run reports to see how each employee is doing.  You must be at all times be pushing each employee to their best. You must be an effective manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting staff 
  • Oversee the receivables and payables
  • Analyze each employee as to how many invoices they complete. 
  • Payables must get credits on the vendor bills 
  • Work with the invoice people to speed them up, to get more invoices.
  • Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial branch management, or other related fields 
  • Knowledge of common Quickbooks reports
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure
