Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Communicate with Warehouse about customer claim
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Keep tracking payments with Customer via emails and phone calls
  • Review sales orders and customer's credit

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
