As a Lead Nurturing Treatment Coordinator at our practice, you'll be at the forefront of our patient acquisition and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities:

 

* Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to engage potential patients

* Manage a pipeline of leads, providing timely follow-ups and personalized communication

* Educate prospects about The Amalfitano  Center’s  innovative dental implant solutions

* Conduct initial consultations to understand patient needs and goals

* Collaborate with the clinical team to create customized treatment plans

* Guide patients through the financial aspects of their treatment options

* Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment progress

* Analyze lead conversion data to optimize nurturing strategies

 

 Qualifications:

 

* Proven experience in lead nurturing, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

* Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools

* Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred

* Dental or healthcare experience is a plus

*Marketing experience with online platforms  beneficial
