We are a leading enterprise in hospitality and software services, currently seeking an experienced IT Director to join our dynamic team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is central to our strategic direction, operational efficiency, and technological advancements. We are conducting this search confidentially and are looking for a dedicated leader to steer our IT initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in IT leadership, demonstrating success in managing IT operations and teams. Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a knack for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, PMP, ITIL are beneficial.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with California-specific IT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency, people management skills, high-level business acumen, Vendor Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Leadership Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce IT strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to support enterprise operations effectively.
  • Lead and develop a team of IT professionals to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to ensure IT alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee IT project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to implementation, ensuring projects are completed timely and within financial guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and evaluate their applicability to enhance our IT operations.
  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard company data and technology assets from threats.
