UKG HRIS Specialist

Company Overview:

Planet Technology's client is a leading non-profit arts organization. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UKG HRIS Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. The resource must already be local to the southern California area to meet the onsite requirements of 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

The UKG HRIS Specialist will be a UKG Ready subject matter expert. The UKG HRIS Specialist will support the HCM/HRIS system and the HR team.

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS Administration experience with strong technical skills related to data management, system configuration, report generation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll Processes and best practices as well as knowledge of compliance requirements, payroll calculations, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Project Management Experience related to system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to analyze data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
