We are seeking a proactive Dealer Direct Sales Specialist to join our team in Largo, FL. This role is crucial for expanding our direct dealer network by actively promoting and selling our innovative products at shooting events and directly to gun stores.

Key Responsibilities:

         •      Develop a thorough understanding of Hyperion Munitions' products and services to effectively present them to potential customers and dealers.

         •      Generate new business by cultivating leads from shooting events, influencers, and direct interactions within gun stores.

         •      Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products, ensuring customers receive the information and enthusiasm needed to make purchasing decisions.

         •      Close sales and follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

         •      Represent Hyperion Munitions at industry events and trade shows, often requiring weekend availability.

         •      Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, attend events, and strengthen dealer relationships.

         •      Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our products and services are represented positively and professionally in the marketplace.

 

Qualifications:

         •      Strong passion for and knowledge of the Second Amendment, firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

         •      Experienced in sales with a successful track record in business development and customer relationship management.

         •      Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying information and inspiring customer confidence.

         •      Team player, self-motivated, honest, and reliable, with the tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and achieve sales goals.

         •      Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends, as required by trade shows and events.
