Job description

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Ordering

  • Work with PM’s to order materials for POC’s job
  • Communicate / meet with PM’s to discuss additional materials needed for jobs
  • Track all materials for POC jobs
  • Add/ remove materials from jobs as needed/ requested by PM
  • Assist in pulling materials for jobs w/ warehouse
  • Communicate with vendor regarding Po’s / pricing/ tracking / ect
  • Update 1 projects per PM request for ordering / date accordingly
  • Work with techs/ PM’s/sales for WRR/ RMA cases
  • Track all WRR/ RMA cases

Box sales

  • Track box sales on 1-box sale sheet
  • Monthly estimate of revenue for team for box sales
  • Order all box sales
  • Communicate with sales for ETAs/ deliveries
  • Invoice box sales

 

Reports- (worked weekly)

  • Weekly Procure to Pay Report
  • Weekly receiving package Report
  • Weekly RMA/ WRR ag Report

 

Warehouse

  • Assist warehouse in receiving
  • Assist warehouse in putting material away on job stacks
  • Assist warehouse in Jobstack clean up
  • Assist warehouse in pulling materials for jobs from inventory
  • Assist warehouse/PM in pulling upcoming jobs for techs
