This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service; reviewing, analyzing and processing change requests from agents and outside parties, assisting the underwriting department with processes to maintain quality production standards.
High School degree required. College degree preferred. Must have a professional phone demeanor and exceptional written communication skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
