Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and coding of daily production sheets
  • Processing of Factory Payroll
  • Completing Receiving Reports
  • Maintaining a book of C&Rs and record quantities produced
  • Data entry of production sheets, payroll, journal vouchers, raw material, physical inventory and yearly budget
  • General clerical duties
  • Will report to the Plant Accounting Manager and may be asked to assist in various projects throughout the year

Experience:

  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years experience in an Accounting environment
  • Manufacturing/Cost Accounting preferred but not required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
  • Detail oriented and an ability to work both independently and as a team member
