Job description:

Job Requirements:


·     Possess experience in a sales role, including experience with cold-calling and lead generation.

·     Get yourself moving You’re a self-starter and self-motivated.

·     Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of work.

·     Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and internal team members.

·     Possess a strong sales aptitude, meaning you know how to get at customer needs and wants and meet them

·     Are goal-oriented and driven for success. 

·     Demonstrate an elevated level of commitment to your customers and your team.

·     Persist through setbacks and challenges.

·     Get excited about developing relationships that create happy, satisfied customers.

·     Actively prospect for new customers and generate (and pursue) leads.

·     Work to increase market share through meetings, cold-calling, and coming up with new ways to engage the community.

·     Keep excellent track of your sales through consistent, regular reporting.

·     Maintain an attitude of learning and accountability with your manager and team.


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Have a minimum of 1 years outside sales meeting with customers and qualifying leads
  • Show past sales performance over time with an average increase over time
  • CRM management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to speak and communicate effectively with all potential referral sources
