Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and grow our revenues by closing our hot leads and working with us to generate new sales in the cosmetics industry.

If you pride yourself in being an excellent closer and you are aggressive at increasing your income every year through maximum sales performance, this may be the right position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell beauty products to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Services and support existing customers
  • Develop long-term relationships and work with owners, managers, and buyers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of previous B2B experience
  • Able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Other Required:

  • Additional travel required for conventions, shows and other special events
  • Meet with customers as needed
