·Strategic Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales strategies that effectively align with company goals and market opportunities, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth.
·Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to major clients, providing customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
·Market and Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market. Utilize insights to identify potential new markets and customer segments.
·Sales Presentations and Proposals: Craft detailed, persuasive sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the benefits of our corrugated products. Customize communications to address the business and operational needs of potential clients.
·Negotiation and Closure: Expertly negotiate contracts with a focus on maximizing profit and volume commitments. Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently.
·Post-Sale Follow-Up and Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support. Solicit feedback and foster relationships to enhance customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
Qualifications:
·Experience: At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the corrugated paper industry or a closely related field.
·Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
·Skills: Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
·Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales management tools.
·Personal Traits: Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
