```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production goals
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accurate assembly of components
- Program and operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing
- Implement robotics and automation technologies to streamline production processes
- Perform regular inspections of industrial equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot logic controllers and other control systems

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and programming
- Proficiency in GD&T principles for accurate component assembly
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve production issues
- Familiarity with robotics and automation technologies in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is a plus

- Bilingual in Korean is required
