Enterprise Account Manager – Competitive Salary – Plano, TX (requires 50% travel)

The Role

Wasp Barcode Technologies is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to grow our business within existing large-scale customers. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our footprint in these accounts, building strong relationships, and uncovering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts within assigned accounts, focusing on the customer's entire business.
  • Use existing relationships to create additional sales by understanding customer needs and Wasp's product offerings.
  • Establish rapport with key stakeholders to grow account size and win enterprise deals.
  • Research new opportunities and develop key sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels and in various departments (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, etc.).
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between the customer and other departments at Wasp.

The Person

  • At least 5 years of recent experience selling SaaS solutions to multiple departments within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven experience in a consultative sales process, identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Experience with 'land and expand' strategies, developing professional relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.
  • Experience using CRM and forecasting tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
