Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize pre-set qualified leads to conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and the benefits of exterior home remodeling.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' homes, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to customers, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
What You'll Need:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
