Are you an experienced and meticulous multitasker who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments? We are seeking a highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless and efficient execution of our maintenance projects.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the driving force behind the coordination of the various moving parts inherent to our maintenance initiatives. You will liaise closely with the maintenance crew, contractors, and clients to maintain these major projects on track and within budgetary constraints.

Leveraging your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you will develop comprehensive workflow plans, schedules, and budgets. Through your skilled coordination involved, you will foster effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. When challenges or obstacles arise, you will be the go-to problem-solver, quickly identifying issues and implementing creative, solutions-oriented approaches to restore the project's trajectory.

The ability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks, provide detailed and accurate status updates, and ensure the meticulous completion of all pertinent documentation will be crucial to the success of our maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed maintenance workflows, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, clients, and tenants to maintain project alignment and cohesion.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from sourcing materials to monitoring progress and resolving emerging issues.
  • Provide comprehensive daily updates and reports to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address any conflicts and devise innovative, solution-oriented approaches.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Houston, TX 77090

Preferred Experience:

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day, evening, and holiday shifts
  • Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Work Setting:
