MATCOR specializes in protecting the infrastructure of the oil and gas, electric utility, transportation, and water industries.

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (Flexible)

**Job Type**: Full-time, benefits eligible

**Pay Rate**: $28-33/hr (Depending on experience)

**Location**: Houston, TX

**Responsibilities**
- Request and maintain ONE calls
- Process and file necessary permits for job completion
- Assist with collecting job information in relation to Job set-up procedure
- Scan, review, and upload job documentation at SharePoint
- Compile, review, and complete client packages/submissions of job reports or data
- Collects, compiles and analyze data or information as required by managers
- Review operating practices and procedures to determine what improvements can be made
- Assist operations with inventory, shipping and receiving
- Review and manage field hours in time entry system
- Assist in recruiting and new hire tasks
- Follow all company policy and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned by company management
- Provide clerical support for field staff
- Receptionist duties as required or assigned
- Material / Warehouse duties
- Registration of all safety training
- Fleet Control / Up keep
- Expense Reports Input entry
- Support both TX & LA offices
- Potential travel up to 25%

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years in administrative role or equivalent
- High School GED or equivalent
- Construction and/or Oil and gas industry experience
- AutoCAD experience
- ARG GIS experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate verbally and written at a professional level
- Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Sedentary work with combined sitting and standing for long periods of time
- Computer savvy
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to drive forklift / Load and Unload materials from semi-trucks
