Senior Manager - Global Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager

As the Senior Manager of Global Accounts Payable and Receivable, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing the company's financial transactions related to both payables and receivables on a global scale. Working closely with your team, you will oversee the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of Delrin’s accounts payable and receivable processes. You will collaborate to optimize financial operations, uphold internal controls, and foster positive relationships with both vendors and customers, contributing to the overall financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Accounts Payable/Receivable team, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Lead the Accounts Payable/Receivable team to streamline invoice processing and payment procedures, efficiently handle high volume of invoices while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, continuously driving efficiency and effectiveness in accounts payable and receivable operations.
  • Support the Accounts Payable/Receivable team in maintaining positive relationships with vendors and customers, resolving inquiries, discrepancies, and disputes promptly, and ensuring timely payments and collections to optimize relationships and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, providing support for month-end close activities, audits, and reconciliations as needed.
  • Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance, to facilitate efficient communication, obtain necessary approvals for invoices and credit terms, and support process improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
  • Engage the Accounts Payable/Receivable team in special projects, leveraging their expertise and support to achieve project objectives and drive business value.

Ideal Profile: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar role.
  • 5 years management/leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
