We service residential and commercial customers across ten states, and we are growing every day Mpower’s success has been largely due to our relentless efforts toward developing our in-house sales staff and having them fast-track through the ranks into leadership roles.

Mpower proudly offers an exciting opportunity for a full-time W-2 Residential Solar Consultant at our Queens, NY office. The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic, positive mental attitude, strong critical thinking skills, and be highly ambitious. Optimally, in line with the company’s growth goals, the candidate will enroll as a Senior Sales Consultant in less than 12 months and earn 2x their starting income.

Income Expectation:

  • Daily direct marketing leads are provided
  • On Target Earnings: $125k-$175k(+)
  • Monthly car stipend: $300.00
  • Potential to enroll into Senior Solar Consultant within 12 months and earn 2x Solar Consultant Earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home
  • Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar–saving + environment
  • Analyze electricity usage, customer wants and needs, and develop rapport to enable you to close the sale
  • Manage accounts from an initial consultation to the installation
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building, and mentorship from our leaders

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable, problem-solving mindset
  • Competitive, money-driven personality
  • 2+ year(s) of experience in a door-to-door sales, canvassing, or service position
