Are you ready to play a vital role in our Sample Management Warehouse? We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes, delivering top-notch customer service, and managing the timely delivery of samples and supplies.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Data Management: Accurately enter data into the Warehouse Tracking Module.
  • Receipt & Distribution: Oversee the receipt and distribution of all samples and supplies received at NSF.
  • Forklift Operations: Conduct forklift operations and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in material movement or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in supply chain software.
    • Ability to operate and maintain a forklift.
    • Experience with LIMS or a comparable warehouse inventory system.
