Job SummaryWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk / Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner and keep up with inventory. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, managing purchase orders, and keeping up with inventory to order parts when needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting and inventory.
Responsibilities 
  • Preparing accounts payable invoices
  • Making payments promptly
  • Ordering parts in a timely matter
  • Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues
  • Preparing expense reports for use of Bill card
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software ( Sage50)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
