Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the crews, ensuring effective communication, professional development, and high morale.

  • Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.

  • Ensure all operations comply with legal and safety standards.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client inquiries are responded to quickly 

  • Produce a wholistic schedule for all sold projects

  • Order materials and provide logistical support to the suppliers, vendors, crews, and sales team

  • Communicate with the owners of the projects providing them with dates and times when crews will be on site and the expectations of the projects

  • Answer all inquiries from current customers and provide them with the information they are requesting promptly

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field considered a positive asset for the role.

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the roofing, siding, or remodeling construction industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Drivers license

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Knowledge of roofing, siding, remodeling techniques, materials, and industry regulations.

  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive

  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage pipelines

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets within specified deadlines

  • Knowledge of construction products and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
